You are responsible for your own data.

7. Third-party integrations and AI features

Vecto offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Microsoft (Outlook Calendar) and Google (Google Calendar), as well as AI-powered features powered by OpenAI.

  • Calendar integrations (Microsoft, Google) are activated only when you explicitly connect them in your account settings. You can disconnect them at any time
  • AI features (such as meeting note processing and voice commands) use OpenAI to process your data when you choose to use them. By using these features, you authorize Vecto to send the relevant data to OpenAI as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Voice commands additionally use your browser’s built-in speech recognition, which may send audio to the browser vendor’s servers for transcription
  • Third-party services are operated by independent companies and are subject to their own terms and conditions
  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of third-party integrations or AI features. Features that depend on external services may change or become unavailable if the third party modifies or discontinues their service
